The Process

1. Sweep the garage surface
2. Hose down the surface with water
3. Scrape and sand areas needed
4. Apply oil and grease emulsifier
5. Brush the surface with a stiff broom
6. Rinse and brush the surface clean
7. Apply concrete pre-treatment and etch
8. Brush surface while keeping it wet
9. Rinse and brush the surface clean
10. Wacuum surface of excess water and dirt
11. Mix moisture tolerant epoxy sealer/finish (A) with moisture tolerant epoxy sealer/finish catalyst (B) and apply to floor
12. Allow 3-5 hours to dry
13. Mix polyamide epoxy coating (A) with polyamide epoxy coating semi-gloss catalyst (B) and let bond for 30 minutes then apply to floor
14. Leave the garage door open about 8 inches to assist in the drying process
15. Allow 36 hours drying time before walking on the surface, and 72 hours before driving a vehicle on the surface
