 You can use "and" (default) and "or" or "not" with search terms.

Search Engine Facts

The minimum length of words to be indexed is set at three letters, therefore smaller words (and two-letter state abbreviations) are ignored.

This search engine is also set to ignore words that appear in over 60 percent of the pages. If you search for one of these common words, you will see a message stating "Ignored: ... (stopword) no matches found."

The search engine IS case sensitive except for the first letter of a word, so watch your typing. The words "california" and "California" will return results, but the typo "CAlifornia" will not.
